In rare cases, we've seen issues where a NAV-TV filter (XG, black plastic module) is installed into a vehicle (and rests on the CAN BUS) and the radio screen will not turn on intermittently after the vehicle has been turned off for some time. We've traced this down to a potential out-of-tolerance component on the hardware. View the TSB attached. If both radio failure-to-wake up case combined with the component equipped (as shown in the TSB) are present, contact NAV-TV tech support for a replacement module.
