I have an issue with the Zen-M working on my 2019 C43. The unit may not always power on and can often require a reboot of the zen-m to restore functionality.
I have tried different power sources, using a relay on the remote, and even just leaving the unit alone to ensure it is not some other device causing the issue.
The other way to reboot the zen-m is to leave the fiber unplugged for 10s and then plugging it back in.
If the fiber does not show a red light, the headunit itself may need to be rebooted by holding down the power or restarting the car. It seems as if there's some sort of compatibility issue or something causing the zen-m to not wake during power on.
