Tooki won't pair with Samsung S6

Just picked up an previously enjoyed Cayenne with Tooki already installed into the GPS unit. The previous owner used it in front of me so I know the unit works fine. I followed the manual on how to pair which seemed pretty easy but it will not pair.. the phone either says Tooki rejected it, or unable to connect…. I also tried to erase previous phones in it's memory and the delete option is grayed out not allowing me to select the phones to delete….please help as there is no trouble shooting in the manual I have. thanks!

More than likely the Tooki has too many phones paired to it according to other posts. Problem is I cannot delete them according to the manual as the delete function is grayed out. Please help
