Wont pair with S8 or Windows 10 Mobile

Hi,

I removed my Tooki from a 2005 997 and installed it into a 997 TT fine.

However, when I try to pair with my S8 i get several errors, sometimes it doesnt ask for the passcode of 6888 and just get a general fail. When it does ask for the passcode i get the message saying "tooki rejected the pairing" or something to that effect.

I have looked at the instructions and entered a series of the codes (33* etc….) into the telephone before pairing and they dont work.

I also tried with the latest version of Windows 10 Mobile on a 950xl and it wouldn't connect either.

It was tested with a iPhone 6 in the garage before collection and worked fine.

Any ideas help or support would be great thanks.

Both my S8 & 950xl BT's are fine as they have connected to each other and the S8 connects to my Garmin watch and a BT speaker fine.

Anything for Nav on this?

I have managed to get it connected but not reliable. Some calls have come in but I couldnt hear them. Sometimes the phone book is there and others not?

Would a firmware upgrade help? How?
