The MOST-HUR 31 (Head Unit Replacement) is a radio replacement interface for select Porsche vehicles equipped with an external M.O.S.T. fiber optic amplifier. The module allows the factory amplifier, speakers and sound quality to be retained when adding a modern aftermarket radio. Steering wheel controls are supported for Alpine*, JVC, Kenwood**, Pioneer and Sony aftermarket radios. Phone buttons are not supported on all radios
* (Steering wheel controls currently not compatible with the ILX-F259, ILX-F309, ILX-W650, INE-W977 & INE-W987 radios.)
** (Steering wheel controls currently not compatible with Kenwood and Sony radios manufactured in 2018 or newer.)
Note: Due to the overwhelming amount of different radio models, there is no way to verify steering wheel control compatibility for any specific radio model, though most radio models are compatible.
Note 1: When adding this kit, you will lose OEM parking distance sensor visual (if equipped.) Audible sensor sound will remain (separate dash speaker.)
Note 2: By removing the Porsche radio, a System Fault code may occur. Dealer programming is required to remove faults.
