The NNG-Ford kit interfaces the widely-used Nav N GO© powered navigation system into select Ford vehicles equipped with the 8" OEM My Ford Touch media system. Disassembly of the factory Ford LCD is required and it is recommended that only a professional attempts this install. All factory Ford touch functions are used for the navigation control and this interface includes a video input for a backup camera.
Navigation add-on type: OEM LCD modification (ribbon conversion) & CAN data
Plug & Play: No (must hard-wire in OEM speaker via provided audio switcher)
Activation: OEM steering wheel button or provided push button switch
Video Inputs: 1 composite (rear cam): selectable ON/OEM
NOTE: 2015 F150s may contain either the V1 (KIT558) or V2 (KIT585) internal sub-board. To be absolutely certain, dissasemble the screen (and take a picture) for qualification.
NOTE: Not compatible with SYNC3 radios
